About The Pelham Counselling Service

We offer an open-ended service utilising different therapeutic approaches. We endeavor to match you with a counselor who suits your needs. The Pelham counselling service is based in The Pelham Community Hub. The counselling rooms are purpose built in the recently refurbished top floor, with accessible lift.

What will happen?

Once you have completed the contact form below, someone will be in touch to book your complimentary 30-minute assessment. During the assessment we will seek to understand your counselling needs and what you would like to achieve on your counselling journey. Following the assessment, we will get back in touch with an offer of a date and time to start counselling, we will also confirm the cost and any bursary. During your first session your counsellor will discuss the contract and both sign it. After the session payment will be taken, cash or card, if not already paid directly by BACS.

Some limited funding may be available to enable those on low incomes to access our services. Please ask about our bursary fund. If you would like to contribute to our bursary fund please contact us.

Monitor the effectiveness and appropriateness of the work undertaken by our counsellors through supervision, appraisals, and client feedback.
