Make a difference at The Pelham

Coffee Lounge

The hub of The Pelham is the Coffee Lounge and you could be a part of our welcoming team. We have volunteer opportunities and training available for Barista Coffee, Table service, cash register and customer service.

Get involved

We have an amazing team here and we welcome people with previous experience or none at all. You’ll be made to feel quickly part of the team, just be prepared to get stuck in!

Kitchen

We have roles behind the scenes working alongside our Kitchen Manager and Cook, Maria. There are roles in food preparation and pot washing available across the week.

Housekeeping

We also have volunteer openings supporting our housekeeper, Liz. This is another way to grow in confidence and in transferable skills in a supportive environment.

Work with Young People
